1. Take home the note breaking down the last events/days of 5th grade

2. Math Test Unit 11/12 tomorrow
*Take home your hard cover book and notes which has a study guide we finished/corrected in class today.

*Come ready to practice one last time for field day (which is actually Thursday)

Here is the homework for a Wednesday night:

1. Drama Performance @ Hope Reformed Church on Mercury Drive at 5:30pm and 7pm
*Admission is free, please come and enjoy.

2. Math: pages 279 and 280 (DUE MONDAY!)

3. Science: Vocabulary Test has been moved to Monday now, not Thursday

4. Social Studies: if you did not finish your packet pages you need to finish them by tomorrow!
*No extra time in class.

5. Reading Group projects have been bumped back to Monday as well.

5. Bring in spare change for the Coins for Kids bucket to support the Children's Advocacy Center

6. Hawaiian Day tomorrow
*50 cent sucker tomorrow

7. Ride your bike to school if you want tomorrow, there will be parents at corners to help with that.

*No mini quiz Thursday this week

3. Social Studies work, there will be 10 minutes in class, but it should be worked on at home if you have any doubts about that time table.

4. Reading: groups are almost done with their books. Some are finishing tonight. Projects are due next Friday.
*Read for 20 independently

First of all, sorry for the misdirection, but there WILL be Math homework tonight. OK, here we go:

1. Boy to Man/Girl to Woman Parent Viewing night TONIGHT, Room 18
*6:30 - 8pm

2. Math: pages 259 and 260 (due Tues.)

3. Reading: the Literature groups project are due NEXT Friday, most groups are shooting to be finished with their texts by this week Wed.
*Several groups are doing small amounts of reading independently at home this evening.

It's been a couple days, but we're back and rolling. Here is the homework for a Thursday night:

1. Reading: several literature groups have assigned themselves some additional pages/chapters to catch-up on their pace in the book.
*Read independently for 20 minutes

2. Science: Finish vocab cards for TOMORROW!

3. Math: We finished the Unit 8 and 9 test today. We returned them and went over issues. Those should go home!
*No new homework until next week.

*Make sure to wear good shoes and comfortable clothes to be outside for Capture The Flag tomorrow!

*Review Practice test tomorrow (if you can get a 90% or higher, you don't need to take the final test on Thursday)
*Final Test Thursday (Units 8 and 9)
*Study pages 345-346 and 371-394

2. Science: Genetics Paper (separate sheet)
*If you did not finish Lesson 5 finish it!

3. Reading: Group projects are due Friday, May 20

*PE tomorrow
*Make sure to wear good athletic shoes for Capture the Flag on Friday!
