Math:  I will make changes to my multiplication story problem answers.
Writing:  I will identify the audience, the issue, and the evidence from a sample piece of writing:
Reading:  What is my new Literacy Special

Here is tonight's homework:

Social Studies:  Study for the Friday Unit 2 test
Math:  NO NEW HOMEWORK TONIGHT
Words Their Way:  Do a quick sort tonight
*Read 20 minutes (any projects your currently working on for 4th grade sleepover)

1.  Words Their Way:  We started today.  Bring home sorts and Sort tonight.

*Test not this Friday, but next Friday

*Green Parent letter with attached 4th Grade Sleepover sheet for home

First of all my apologies for not getting the blog out yesterday.  No excuses, that's just my bad.

Here it is for today:

Learning Targets:
Math:  I can compare the different multiplication methods and decide which one I feel works best for me.
Writing:  I will finish my final draft of my personal narrative and publish it.
Reading:  I have a strategy for dealing with new vocabulary words I run across.

Homework:

Math: pages 45 and 46
Read for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Here are today's learning targets:

Math:  I will be able to tell the similarities and the differences between the two multiplication styles.
Writing:  I will be able to comment on the 3 main changes I made to my personal narrative.
Reading:  I will be able to make a comment on what are the reasons I LIKE my favorite books, and favorite authors.

Tonight's Homework:

1.  Moon Logs due tomorrow
2.  Reading logs due tomorrow
3.  Math:  pages 39 and 40

Fuel up to play 60 tomorrow.
