1.  Math:  pages 175 and 176
*Starting some Metric system work!

2.  Science:  Study your journal and vocabulary cards
*There is a separate packet due this Friday

3.  Social Studies:  vocabulary cards are due this week Friday

4.  Words Their Way:  new sorts went home tonight

*PE shoes for tomorrow!
*Boots and snow pants for Wednesday?

Here is the homework for a Tuesday night:

1.  Math:  Students are re-testing old units.  Some folks have some practice problems/studying to do tonight.
*Ask your child about what unit they are working on
*Others are doing extra Tessellations (ask them what those are)

2.  Read for 20 minutes

3.  Northeast regions test next week Monday

4.  Bring home printed copy of personal essay (rough draft), and share with parent/guardian

*Unit 5 Test this Thursday!!!  (10 problems, 2 digit by 1 digit, 3 digit by 1 digit, and 2 digit by 2 digit multiplication)

2.  Read for 20 minutes tonight
*Get stacked up on books for the break!

PE tomorrow!
