1. Math: pages 99 and 100 (some of the assignment is extra credit, and I shortened the back Remembering page)
*Mini Quiz tomorrow
*Test next Tuesday
*You SHOULD ALL see the yellow/gold note packets of vocabulary terms home each night through next Tuesday

Here is tonight's homework: (a little bit of a quiet night, especially compared to last night)

1. Math: pages 97 and 98 (due Wed)
*Mini Quiz on Thursday.
*Unit 4 test next Tuesday
*Students should be taking home their gold colored notes each night

2. Science: if you did not finish the Moon Phase interview from yesterday, do so tonight

*Tomorrow we will head down to the book fair in the Quiet area. If you wish to bring some $$$ from home you may, but it is your responsibility, and certainly not something required. This is a PTA fundraiser.

1. Science: Phases of the moon interview (due Tuesday)

2. Social Studies test tomorrow (Study guide is the best tool to study, but book would work as well.)

3. Math: pages 95 and 96

*20 minutest of reading

Here is the homework:

1. Word Sorts: This was the first day of word study. Each student should bring home their new word sort to practice tonight.

2. Reading: Literature Circles (check with your student to find out what their group decided to do for homework)

3. Math: 93 and 94 (due Friday)

4. Science: if you're not done with your vocab cards you need to finish those for Monday

Here is the homework for a Wednesday night:

1. Reading (Literature Circles) Brand new today. Check with your students to find out their reading requirements

2. Purple AR sheets are due Friday! New goals for 2nd marking period (goes through March 11)
Minimum of 25 points

3. Did you do your Math and Social Studies from last night? See yesterday's blog for info.

Tuesday, November 30

Welcome back everyone,

Hope you're getting back into the flow of a normal week like we are. Here is tonight's homework:

1. Math: pages 91 and 92 (you might need the yellow pack of notes to help with some of the vocabulary terms, those can also be found in the hard cover Math book on pages 151-154)

*Blue Unit 3 Math tests should be home today
*If you received below a 75% you need to come to one of the two math blocks either Wed at lunch or Thursday at 8:15am before school.

2. Social Studies: finish the sequence page. (It's due Thursday)

*We will get a chance to go to the Planetarium at White Pines Middle School tomorrow.

*PE tomorrow morning.

Greetings one and all,

Happy "early" Thanksgiving.

Homework for tonight:

1. AR goals for the 1st trimester are due tomorrow. Everyone in the class has achieved their goal or are in a reasonable line to make it by tomorrow. I am sending home the goal sheets tonight, you need to return those with your 2nd trimester goal by next Tuesday!

2. Read for a minimum of 20 minutes tonight.

3. Math Test over Unit 3 tomorrow. Your yellow mid-Unit Tests are your best study tools, but your homework booklets should also go home.

Pictures were in today and are going home. Also if you took retakes those new order forms are going home tonight as well. Get those back ASAP

Within the next 2-3 weeks Yankee Candle Orders should be in. We'll give you the exact date when we find out what it is.
